List your app free. Millions of people are discovering what to use. If your tool serves community leadership at any stage, from running day-to-day operations to building relationships to managing platforms, community leaders are looking for it.
Every app gets a full listing at no cost, including free and open source apps, and paid placement never changes organic ranking or reviews. Later this year we are opening paid options for developers who want more: promoted placement, perks distribution, lead reporting and campaign slots. There will always be a free way to get listed.
Submitting your first app automatically opens your developer workspace. There is no separate application to fill out first.
Sign up free with an email address. Takes under a minute.
Add your name, tagline, description, screenshots, pricing, and category. About 10 minutes.
Every submission is checked before it goes live, usually within a few business days. No pay-to-play, no sponsored placement.
Once approved, your app appears in search, category browsing, and is eligible to be featured.
Every account that lists an app gets a workspace to track it. No extra setup, it is created the moment your first listing is submitted.
Views, recommendations, and reviews for every app you list, all in one place.
Read every review of your app and reply directly from your workspace.
A shareable link, an embeddable badge, a QR code, and ready-made social copy for every listing.
Channel breakdown for every visit your listing gets, from search, share links, and QR scans.
Reviewers check every submission by hand, so a complete listing moves through review faster than one we have to send back for changes.
You can edit any listing after it goes live, so this does not need to be perfect on the first try.
There is no fee to submit or list an app on appcomm right now. Premium features for developers are coming later, but listing will always have a free tier. Apps rise in the directory because community managers recommend and review them, not because anyone paid for it.
Most submissions are reviewed within a few business days. If something needs to change before we can approve it, we will tell you exactly what and you can resubmit from your workspace.
Yes, anytime, from your developer workspace. Edits to a live listing do not need to go back through review unless they are significant.
No, not right now. appcomm is in early access and listing is free. We are building premium features for developers, but a free tier will always be available.
Yes. Every app you submit shows up under the same developer workspace and account.
Anyone building an app for community managers, from solo builders to established companies. Every submission goes through the same review.
You will see the reason in your workspace and can make changes and resubmit. Rejections are almost always about missing information, not the app itself.
Know an app that belongs in front of every community manager? Paste the link and we build the page. We email the developer to let them know they were recommended.
Your recommendation is in. We review it by hand, then let the developer know it's on appcomm.
Sign up, submit your app, and you are in the workspace. No separate application, no waiting to get started.
